Angora Goats

Of all our animals, we find our goats the most irresistable in the their personalities and actions. Angora goats are like sheep in their herd behavior in that they are easily fenced and moved around very unlike most domestic goats. However, they retain the comedic playful goat personalities and are immensely pleasurable to watch and work. The kids are especially winsome. In addition to the joy we get from watching them in the pasture and paddock, they provide two shearings of fabulous mohair fiber per year. We process this mohair by itself or combine it with our wool for luxurious yarns.

We are experimenting with colored angoras and have a few fleeces of natural, colored mohair available form time to time. White mohair is always available until sold out. Our shearings and kids are often reserved in advance...call for availablity.
